I offer one-to-one sessions, in which my role is to get you:

  • to clarify what is right for you and make it an objective ;

  • to explore what is holding you back and what it could be like to reach that objective ;

  • to break it into steps ;

  • to be happy and aligned at the end!

 I will be there to guide, and encourage but also challenge you

​It's really important that there's a good match between a client and their coach. There is no better way of knowing than by doing it. That's why, if you are interested in working with me, and I think I have the ability to serve you, we will have a 1st coaching discussion. We will then define what your goal is and what success looks like for you.

I use a range of resources and coaching models with a structured approach which includes between 6 and 12 sessions depending on the goal, to work in depth and achieve results.

How does it work?

One to one sessions around 1 hour long.

Where? 

Face to face in central London or Paris / by phone / by Zoom or Skype.

 

How long?

A session every 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the objective.
