About Me

I was born and brought up in France.

At 24, after my Masters in Law and Masters in HR Management, I went backpacking around Asia for 6 months and then decided to settle in London. I have been living here for 15 years now. I am the mother of an 9 year old girl.

I have gained 16 years HR experience in the corporate world in the fields of Pharmaceuticals, Media, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Travel, Technology and Entertainment. As a HR Business Partner I discovered the power, and I even dare to say, the "magic" of coaching.

I decided to join a coaching school in 2016 and am now accredited by the ICF. I also hold a certificate in Career Coaching.

I am also a certified hypnotherapist and love bringing this into my practice, whether it's about unlocking some untapped potential in your subconscious mind or lifting some old beliefs. I also practice spiritual hypnotherapy, from past life regression to energetic healing. The possibilities are endless.

I went through some challenging times where coaching and personal development have been extremely helpful and allowed me to make the right decisions and take control of my life, both professionally and personally. Those insights gave me the drive and the clarity to choose what was right for me. I have never felt so aligned and free in all areas of my life. I am proud of my journey and now want to share this learning with others.

I am on a spiritual journey where my job takes all its meaning. I believe in raising others' consciousness about their own power. You could say that I am a down to earth coach with a spiritual approach.
